Information you provide
When you email us or book a conversation, we receive the contact details, appointment information and other information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, agency or business details, and a description of your requirements. We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, understand requirements and provide or improve our services.
Please keep initial inquiries general. Do not send customer names, policy numbers, policy documents or other sensitive information through this website or the booking page.
Appointment scheduling and Google Workspace
The Contact page embeds a Google Calendar appointment schedule. Information entered there is processed by Google and shared with the meeting organizer. The schedule controls its fields, available times and booking communications. Inquiry email and bookings are handled through our Google Workspace services; this website has no separate inquiry submission endpoint or lead database.
Loading the embedded calendar connects your browser to Google. Google may receive technical request information and use cookies or your Google account session according to its own policies. You can instead use the separate booking-page link. See Google's privacy policy (new tab).
Meeting recordings and your agreement
We record client conversations for review, to understand requirements and to improve our work. Before recording starts, we explain the purpose and ask for your agreement. We do not record if you decline. Booking a meeting or visiting this website does not by itself give permission to record a conversation.
Recordings and information from conversations may be shared with our employees, external contractors who help deliver our work, and marketing team members, marketing partners or coaches who help us review and learn from our work. Recording permission is not blanket permission for unrelated uses. Any proposed use or sharing should be explained to you, and additional permission requested where required.
If you do not want particular information shared, tell us before providing it. We will discuss the restriction with you and limit what is passed on accordingly. Removing details from a recording summary does not make the original recording an unrecorded meeting.
Access and service providers
Operly Tech Studio employees can access inquiry emails and bookings. Outside contractors and partners may receive information for the purposes described above. Service providers also process information as needed to provide email, scheduling, hosting and any meeting tools used for a conversation. Provider processing and any additional tools should be considered separately from the website itself.
Website hosting and technical information
When this website is delivered through Vercel, Vercel processes technical information needed to deliver and operate it, such as IP addresses, request information and device or browser information. Its infrastructure may keep operational or security records. See Vercel's privacy notice (new tab).
The website's own code uses local assets and system fonts and does not add analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or browser storage. This does not mean that the external Google Calendar service or hosting provider processes no information.
Retention
Our current practice is to aim to retain inquiry emails for at least five years while they remain relevant to our work. This is not a guaranteed minimum: storage constraints may lead us to delete older, stale inquiries sooner, beginning with the oldest records. We may update this practice as our operations change.
That email target is not a fixed retention period for every booking, recording or other record. Retention of other records can vary with their purpose, ongoing service needs and applicable requirements. Provider-held copies and backups may follow separate retention practices. You may contact us about information held about you or request deletion.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to provide optional information and can decline recording before it starts. To ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information, restrictions on sharing, or withdrawal of an agreement, contact info@operlytech.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider information we need to retain for ongoing services or applicable requirements. A request cannot reverse sharing that has already occurred.
Google, Vercel and other providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their policies describe their own practices. This policy does not promise a particular data-storage location.
